Hayley Rissler – Operations Manager

Hayley is the Operations Manager for Team Redefining Mom. She keeps the day-to-day operations running! Helping people is core to who she is, so it fills her bucket when she gets to see others overcome obstacles. This love of service stemmed from growing up in her family’s cookie shop and lunch cafe — which means she can bake a mean cookie! In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, reading books, watching rom-coms, and escaping the Arizona heat with her husband and two kids.
