My name is Monica and I am a working mom who lives in Buffalo, NY with my husband and 5-year-old daughter. I’m currently pregnant with our second bundle of joy, a little girl due in March 2018. Redefining Mom was born from my passion for empowering women to continue to work after having children despite the challenging circumstances and lack of maternity leave in the United States. My mission to empower women to build thriving online businesses that fit their family values. I provide advice on time management, practical steps for starting an online business, and digital marketing tips. Redefining Mom’s primary audience is women between the ages of 25-54 who have young children under the age of 10. They are moms who work outside the house, from home, or are entrepreneurs.
